Your Order Shipment
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received, subject to stock availability and order verification.
All shipments are sent using Australia Post or Australia Post Express, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment online.
Shipping fees include postage, handling, and packing costs. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. We recommend placing all required items in one order, as separate orders cannot always be combined once processed, and shipping fees may apply to each order.
All orders are packed carefully and discreetly to help protect the products during transit. While we take care to ensure your items are well-protected, delivery times are controlled by Australia Post once the package has been collected.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or once an order has been dispatched.
All products should be carefully reviewed before purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue so we can assess the matter.
Where required under applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Returned items must not be sent back without prior approval from our support team. Any approved return must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
